Conclusion

The idea of the project has great potential. The 600 million potential customers in southeast asia are the perfect opportunity for this. As in their Whitepaper stated two billion people, about 40% of the global population1, are still unbanked or underbanked and cannot get access to affordable credit, even if they have well-paying jobs and are connected to the Internet.

The ICO is backed by a great team in their individual fields (like financial and legal), but it is hard to say if their expertise in the blockchain area is adequate. Furthermore the whole project doesn’t really seem to benefit or even really utilize the need of the blockchain.

On top of these doubts, the big market cap of 250.000 Ethereum, equals nearly a hardcap of 100 million USD, and the complex bonus structure are not very investment friendly. In my opinion a short term flip without big bonuses like early bird discounts and bounties on top will be very hard. The long term potential of the project is unpredictable and is probably too risky for an investment right now. If you really believe in the idea and the problem the Hero Team is trying to solve it could work out anyway in the long run. Therefore I cannot recommend to participate into this ICO, especially with the presale bonuses and bounties. Nevertheless I am suggesting to keep an eye on Hero and might invest in near future.
