The OPTin network is a platform or ecosystem that connects advertisers and users. The first is provided with qualitative anonymous user data. HOW TO WORK NETWORK NOW

 

 
Misuse of users:  unregulated and opaque intermediaries openly collect information about all users. They then sell this data to benefit without user permission. Users are bombarded with unwanted advertisements that target them based on several unknown metrics.
 
 
Inefficiency:  Internet advertising is not efficient because users do not like to share personal information with advertisers. Too many middlemen, too much charging. (see data about low clickthrough rates), (see data about the lack of McCann-US advertising ROI advertising).

Lack of data integrity / availability: Collection of data needed by advertisers, do not talk to each other. Instead of looking at the ROI or preferred action / $, most ad metrics are focused on lower proxies like visibility, IVT%, or click.
 
Lack of security: Data Equifax hacked personal data exposed to 145M users. June 2017, 200M voter records are exposed after US political data companies incorrectly configure security settings on their cloud storage services.
 
 
Discrete data and analysis: Current market research is based on advertising campaigns. There is no way to bind individual data points across campaigns, across time, across markets, across devices.

Large user base:  Through its EarnHoney.com subsidiary, DGM has nearly 500,000 users who collect pests, provide insights, and include data. These users have been converted to Optin Coins in March 2018. DGM has 20+ partner websites and we are in the process of converting payments to Optin currency. Network usage is currently 30 MILLION OPT ($ 3MM) and grows 50% per year.
Global Site Quality Metrics:  The private blockchain system provides accurate and free quality scores on millions of sites through anonymous DAPP data. With open API integration, we aim to create a dynamic market starting with our own media planning and media buying tools, all based on blockchain technology. Advertising spending on DGM and partners can reach $ 10 million by 2018, rising to $ 150 million by 2020, which is still very small compared to the $ XXB advertising industry.
User Data Sharing – Ad Preference and Delivery:  DAPP on a user’s computer protects users from unwanted advertisements using user.txt, and users can share or not share data at a detailed level.
Better Payment Terms:  Ads purchased through Optin tokens and 95% direct distribution to publishers within a few hours of sending the final campaign, limited only by the ETH network latency.
Cost Savings:  By removing DSP and SSP costs, advertisers are estimated to save around 50%, which means savings of $ 11.4B.
Data Security Enhancement:  There is no PII collection and even anonymous data is only collected from users who are opted in, thus removing 90% of data security needs. In addition, read / write access from datacubeLite is controlled by smart contract technology.
